Well...you can get de-listed for that....you should report those sites Claude.

A side not on SEO firms...

They can be totally cutthroat and it's not uncommon at all for them to report their competition when they use "unfair" techniques to raise site rankings.  So that means they could report your site (your as in the general your...not anyone on this list) if it's not setup correctly ;-)

  Personnally, as a user, i HATE finding pages in search engines that are listed just because they have kewords in meta tags, and the page is completely about something else.
  So, yes, key words should be limited to every specific page.
