I've had a feed setup for a few months now - works great. Once a week I
have a scheduled task that pulls all the info, creates the file and FTPs
it over to Google. The Google folks (while a bit slow to respond) were
also very helpful in helping me get things setup and working (you have
to submit a test feed initially)
