There are still millions of users on IE 5 and 5.5 on Windows. I'm not happy about having to support them either, but how can you just ignore that many users? That's why we get the big bucks :-)

Actually it's quite simple to run multiple versions of IE on a single OS. I currently have 3,4,5,5.5 and 6 on Win2k. Granted they don't run 'properly' and there are issues, but they run good enough for testing purposes. Haven't tried it on XP, but I'd imagine that it'd work. There are downloads out there for all the versions that will run standalone.
