As you can tell from the responses so far, it means different things to
different people. The strictest interpretation would be that ".NET
compliant" means you end up with a .NET Framework application. In this case,
CFMX is definitely not .NET compliant, although the upcoming BlueDragon.NET
would be. Personally, I'd be a little worried about betting the farm on a
product that's not yet available, but it probably will be available soon. A
looser interpretation - and the one that MM uses in its own marketing
materials - is that you can interact with .NET Framework applications. You
can do this using SOAP web services, although you may well run into
compatibility issues if you try to do anything especially complex between
the two. You can also integrate .NET with CFMX using the third-party Black
Knight integration product, mentioned by Mr. Rish (its creator, I believe).

So, if I were you, I would probably just say that your applications can be
integrated with .NET applications through web services interfaces, which
will tell your prospective clients everything they need to know.
