In a lot of the discussions here it comes out that using cfqueryparam is
a best practices (which I subscribe to).

But would it be even that *not* using cfqueryparam could be seen as a
bad practice? I support that idea. If doesn't use it, I think one has to
justify not using cfqueryparam with some very good argument, case by
case.

Any thoughts?
