OT - FYI, I know this doesn't really exists on this topic - however, I'm developing a CF ListServ style app. It's still very basic, but I'm planning to release free of charge - however, I would ask it to be used as not-for-profit uses. Otherwise, I believe a small fee is in order ($20).
