Your non-CFML resources go under your Apache web root.  Your CFML
resources go under the CFMX/JRun web root.  Best bet is to just deploy
everything to both locations.  I'd recomment checking out rsync for
deployment, as it'll make sure you've always got both machines in sync
with eachother and your staging server.
