was getting a very weird installation error last week also.
I think it was Tuesday or Wednesday, and the installation wizard for the
evaluation edition (on WinXP Tablet Edition) kept throwing an error while
trying to unzip the installation files. I quit trying after the 5th attempt
or so, and then downloaded the developer's edition, which allows you to
choose which version anyways, the next day and everything worked just fine.
