i need to make a
<select>
<option value="00:00:00">12:00 am
<option value="00:15:00">12:15 am
</select>
that has all the times from midnight to 11:45 pm and not have to hand
type them all...how would you do it? is this already done, and i can
dl it? if not, ill hand type them all and then have that for future
use, but im SURE someone has done this?
