Afaik if it adheres to standard it's supposed to... You can set the
height of a textarea with _javascript_, but I don't know any way to
determine how many rows of text are in it currently... unless you turn
off line-wrapping, in which case it will become problematic for users
who expect line-wrap... so... I'd probably just stick with the CSS and
tell them they have to use IE if they want that feature.
