May be totally unrelated, but I had the RDS service set to Start
Manually and then wasn't starting it because I don't use it. Unless I
shut down Executive and Application Server manually, even when trying
to reboot the machine, it would hang bad and I'd have to do an End
Task. Then one day I noticed the executive.log was HUGE. Seems it
was trying to Start the RDS service like every 2 seconds since I
installed CF. LOL
Anyway, I set RDS to start Automatic and now she shuts down and I
haven't had any more problems.
