SQL2k using enterprise manager.

I have a DB (DB1)that I am using for testing. I would like to create another database (DB2) on the same server and restore a backup of DB1 that I made before I started testing. When I go to restore for the options for the database the Logical file name is that of DB1. When I change it to the logical file name of DB2 the restore fails. Am I missing something here?
