An added wrinkle is that if you have some sort of operation in a state
like a drop-ship warehouse (or anything with a mailbox owned by the
company) then you charge tax to that state's residents.

And if what you are selling is a service, I'd want a qualified opinion
as to whether that service is subject to sales tax.  Services may not
be taxable.

There are no federal sales taxes.
