sales and support reps are phenomenal (at least, ours are) and the
product really does an excellent job of simplifying what it can of an
otherwise tedious, complicated load testing process.
All that being said, they've just raised their prices considerably to
align themselves with the Segue and Mercury clients, so it might be a
bit more than your company can spend. Thankfully, we bought it just
before the price increase (and saved roughly $10k!).
