We're considering using MerchantExpress.com (with the Authorize.net
gateway) for our merchant account provider (we sell software products
mostly).
Their website and application process is pretty slick, they offer 24x7
toll-free support (what a rarity that is!), and their app fees are
refundable. Almost sounds too good to be true.
Any opinions or real-life experience with them would be appreciated...
