I added a virtual directory to my website "jrunscript" and pointed it to
c:\CFusionMX\runtime\lib\wsconfig\1
I then added the following line to the run_iis6.wildcard.ini:
scriptpath = c:\CFusionMX\runtime\lib\wsconfig\1
That worked.
