No can do. It is a CFUG copy that is pegged as "Not for resale" by Allaire
and actually belongs to the Ottawa CFUG. As suggested, I would recommend you
visit a local CFUG, which may be able to lend you a copy. If in the odd
chance you are in Ottawa (which I doubt...), come to our next meeting on
Sept 12 and I will set you up.
