Hi There,
I have been beating my head against a brick wall for two days over what =
is
probably a very simple problem. I constantly get an error message when =
I try
to insert records to a DB. Firstly I thought it was my syntax and after =
no
luck I tried using the data entry wizard to create the forms. This =
worked
like a charm at home where I am using the exact same versions of access =
and
CF studio. But it never works here. The error message always says need =
to
use an update not an insert.=20
=20
I wised up to the possibility of a sharing problem and made sure that =
all
the option were set to sharing the db. At home I found this was just =
fine
and I could access the DB both through CF and Access at the same time =
but at
the office I find that once I create and register the DB with CF =
server, I
cannot open it in Access.
=20
Any comments would be highly appreciated.
=20
Cheers
=20
=20
Luke Kearney
