I don't use Access for anything heavy-duty, but I do have several
dsn's set up on my dev boxes and servers.  I just automatically
started using the Access/Unicode driver when it came out in MX under
the theory Unicode=Good.  Have never noticed any difference and as
Jochem points out you get a bonus.

But still, the fact that you are getting this message is not a good
sign.  Have you tried restarting all of the CF services?  If this is
the same box you and I were talking about this morning that means this
is a fresh CF install, right?  I've seen/heard of this before on fresh
installs but don't remember details of fixes.
