plugging my own hosting, but since Jamie has been so blatant about it,
I feel I have to step in and plug my own. I think it's only fair.

business from Australia, but I can bill in any currency. Prices from
US$10.60/month for the basic plan, to US$14.24 for the Small Business
plan and for the full-on plan, US$25/month.
I'll waive the setup for anyone coming over (just let me know in the
'comments' part of the signup form) and if you want to bring more than
one site over, we can talk reseller plan or discounts too if you like.
And we won't nickel-and-dime you to death. We agree on a monthly
charge and that's it. All the other features are included. Frankly
I can't be bothered keeping track of a dollar here, 50cents there,
setup for this, once-off charge for that.
The point is, big companies arent the only way to conduct hosting.
Sometimes small outfits like mine can be very flexible and tailor
deals to suit your needs, rather than laying out a whole bunch of
tables and you have to pick the one that is closest to what you want.
At AFP you tell me what you want and you can most likely have
exactly that. Hell you can even have FrontPage extensions at no
extra charge if you're a thrillseeker!
And even though AFPWebworks is a small outfit, our equipment is
housed in a giant datacentre, protected by UPS, generator backup,
security access etc etc. and we're connected to more backbone
bandwidth than you could ever use.
