Tried that and got the following errror:
Element Sleep is undefined in a CFML structure referenced as part of an _expression_
Interestingly if I hard code the structure with
<cfset Result = StructInsert(Score,"Sleep","56")>
<cfset Result = StructInsert(Score,"Antacids","40")>
