Thanks for all your help. The problem is not CF or SQL, it's Flash. It's true player can only play once a day, but what they are doing is right mouse clicking on the movie and replaying the question, racking up points at one "play" a day. We thought disabling it with the html code of menu=false would do it, but not in Netscape and not if you call the .swf directly.
