Part1: test variables for existence, if they aren't
set, set to ""
Part2: if all variables are non "", submit to database
and display thank you
Part3: else, display form, filled in with variables
from above. (either "" cause they're not set, or
they're what they were the first time on the form,
because...) submit the form page to itself for processing
