reference for it per se. All I do is have a CFC that reads in the ini
file. Each name/value pair is set into a struct. That struct is
returned to APplication.cfm and added to the application struct. Other
CFCs use this info by calling the same CFC (instead of having the
CFC's read the application scope, which is normally a bad idea).
