well personally heres what i would do. tell the lazt arse realtors to take 2 minutes a listing and add them themselfs and not have that, if they have go go back in and spiff it up anyway.
it also depends on if they will only be showing their listings or everyones
its fairly easy to tap into the listing database but i will tell u this, those pll who do that rarely sell anything off of thier web sites!
