I think you'll be fine. I just did an install of Updater 4 myself
(from Updater 2), and noticed that U4 "registers" the extensions in
the forthcoming Blackstone release in its mappings as well as the
standard jsp, cfm, etc. The other extensions that I see are cfr, mxml,
and swf. You should be able to remove them for now without issue.
Looks like Macromedia has some checking to do with Blackstone and its
effect on existing mappings though!!
