This is the only cooke being created by CF:

<cfcookie name="CFID" value="#localCFID#">
<cfcookie name="CFTOKEN" value="#localCFTOKEN#">
</cfif>
Other than this, I have a cookie test but that is in javascript.
Could the problem simply be that the cookie test is taking place after
the cfcookie tag and those users are not allowing the cookie?
