Mike, That's quite alright :-) Thanks for the offer though. I'd rather pare them down some and as someone else mentioned have a place in between cf-talk and cf-community. It's nice to have discussions such as salary on the main list to me as long as they aren't too often or too long, but I can understand how some may not be interested.
