Yeah, it's the open-source frontpage style editor based on mozilla. Native to Linux, but works on windows. I would recommend it to people over frontpage, but probably nothing else.
0.5 just hit the streets a couple weeks ago. Haven't tried it, but earlier versions have been a bit unstable for me (complex pages), but it works.
