Based on User input, I think you're stuck deviating it yourself, it shouldn't be that
hard again, just a simple use of the DateAdd() function the way I see it...

There are going to be about 6 international locations that I need to convert
the time from EST to their local time.
I was hoping there was a custom tag that would, based on user input, convert
the time for me.
