You may try some load testing tools and just see if the database
can hang in there.
There is no way any one of us can know how effecient the code
you are testing is nor how effecient the machines
or servers or network setup you have is.
There are to many variables to really give any kind of decent
information.
Doug N, has posted some really great stuff on this list before
about scalability in CF.
