Hmm, now it's working. I first opened the CFC (with no TODO comments) and added one. On saving, the comments weren't parsed. However, when I closed the file and reopened it, the comments were parsed properly and added to the task list. Now, when I add a TODO comment in that file, it gets added to the task list correctly.
