I use two different solutions.... sawmill is a very nice, full-featured commercial log analyzer - www.sawmill.net. It's comparable to WebTrends as far as functionality goes. But for most of my clients, they get Report Magic reports.. report magic is free, and actually uses log analysis data generated by analog.
