I have contacted them, here is the response I got. Due to CFMX Sandbox security, your site is locked to its own folder structure. This means that you would not have access to the windows/temp folder and you should be specifying a temp folder with the site. I would assume this worked at one point because there may have been an error with the sandbox. Once the sandbox was corrected, you were denied to a folder outside the site's root.
