Do you mean SQLite and if so, it isn't an MS product.... Its neat though,
I've pluged it into my CFX_POP3 tag for the DB storage for the bayesian
filters.... 

It is *very* quick and by all accounts SQL 92 compliant for the most part...

If you don't mean SQLLite then there is a 'Lite' version of SQL Server
called MSDE....
