My guess would be that DBEdit would work if you can find a JDBC driver for Access:
http://servlet.java.sun.com/products/jdbc/drivers/search_results.jsp?jdbc_ve rsion=0&vendor_name=&cert_mode=and&jdbc_driver_type_mode=and&dbms=6&dbms_mod e=and&features_mode=and&results_per_page=20&submit=Search dbViewer seems to work using ODBC. Did you try setting up an ODBC data source and pointing it at your Access database?
