We've got a weird thing happening - CFMX is reading javascript code that we've commented out, and throwing an error because of it. (CFMX for J2EE, v6.1 (no updater), on WebSphere 5.1.0.3)
The javascript code is inside <cfoutput> tags. Part of the javascript is commented out with the standard // at the beginning of the line. Twice in the last two days CFMX has thrown errors when it reads variables in the commented-out lines. I wonder if CFMX is reading the code on compilation and throwing the error before it actually executes the code. We deleted the lines, but how weird! Anybody else experience this?
