That's exactly what I'm going to do tonight. I'm keeping this most excellent directory structure above and taping it beside my monitor while I'm working. I think I'm getting the hang of it. I got a couple of O'Reilly Unix/MaxOSx books on the way home, and I'm pouring over them this weekend. While it kinda sucks to do, and seems really tedious, the cool part about it is that it's fairly addictive because you're learning cool stuff...or so it seems.
