What's their server setup like? If they can use a centrally available CF tag then they could accomplish the same thing by having an action page on each site that just runs the shared cfml tag. If they can do a server-level cf mapping of a common directory then they could post to a cf page in the shared directory. To anyone looking at the html it appears as though the page is on the same web site.
