Micha, Couple things. First, Eclipse is not the same as CFEclipse, so it's a little hard to tell exactly what you're talking about. Remember that CFEclipse is a plugin for Eclipse. However, I agree, Eclipse is great for Java and CFEclipse is amazing for ColdFusion.
Second, the CSS issue. Sounds like you may not have a CSS plug-in installed. Hit up the CSS Editor plugin project at sourceforge: http://csseditor.sourceforge.net/ Unzip and move the folder into your Eclipse/plugins folder and restart. Then open a css file and see if it works. -nathan strutz http://www.dopefly.com/ Micha Schopman wrote: > For the developers on Eclipse, I just wanted to say "thumbs up!" > > I just started using eclipse this week, literally forcing myself to use it. > And for now, .. well I deinstalled DWMX 2004, should say enough? > > The only thing I have problems with is opening css files, eclipse seems to > have problems opening stylesheet files, but maybe it is just a config problem > here, because I previously had DWMX2004 installed. > > Most opensource initiatives are build by developers without any usability > aspects, and I must say.. eclipse isn't one of them.
