You haven't really looked into Plum at all -- there *is* no visual IDE or diagramming tool! You really should learn more about something before you go criticizing it. If you didn't even know this, how can you possibly know what it would take to implement any of Plum's features (all the details of them, not just some facsimile)? You can't.
