So, just yes or no for each:

1) I'm running some kind of CF server locally and having the pages
come through that local server.

2) My nav bar starts with http:, not file:

3) Other clients, using the same URL pasted from firefox, work properly.

4) Other coldfusion statements within the same file are working.

THEN we'll figure something out. :)
