Well... between the two Windows 2003, but not for performance.  Windows 2003
is simply more secure and reliable - it's reportedly "faster" but I don't
think in ways that would really affect a WebSphere/CF application (which is
much more bound by the speed of the JVM).

It also depends on your box.  I assume if you can afford WebSphere you're
not going to cheap-out in the hardware, but Windows 2003 does use more
resources than Windows 2000 so if you're planning on an iffy box then you
might want to use 2000 to squeeze slightly more out of it.

All this being said we don't use either - since my company's collective head
is squarely up IBM's ass we use AIX.  ;^)
