> Ray Let me guess, you're using a web-mail client? ... Or possibly Outlook or AOL... That's always bothered me about web-mail clients -- the problem isn't with the email, it's with the client. An intelligent web-mail client would htmleditformat() the email if it's not being sent as an html email. I have yet to see one that does -- they're all stupid. Yahoo's might be okay about that now -- I'm not sure, I haven't used it in a while -- I think I remember Tiff saying there was a setting for it in their preferences. Though the real problem is that valid email shouldn't ever contain HTML, so it should be safe to blanketly htmleditformat() the entire email without worrying about losing any formatting... oh well... too late now. s. isaac dealey 954.927.5117 new epoch : isn't it time for a change? add features without fixtures with the onTap open source framework http://macromedia.breezecentral.com/p49777853/ http://www.sys-con.com/story/?storyid=44477&DE=1 http://www.sys-con.com/story/?storyid=45569&DE=1 http://www.fusiontap.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Special thanks to the CF Community Suite Gold Sponsor - CFHosting.net http://www.cfhosting.net Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:4:188402 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:4 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.4 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
