Jeff, You may want to use mappings in the cf administrator. Or if you put the include in the application.cfm and onrequestend.cfm files the includes will be done relative to the application.cfm file not the file that is called. I would say one of the 2 of those is the easiest. Though I suppose using the cgi variable you could detect where you were in the root and build you the include statement that way.
