It does seem a bit of stretch, doesn't it?  Let's take your average
Intranet... you've got Amy over in HR and Ned in accounting developing
small applications in Cold Fusion, because it's so bloody EASY.  But
they better understand the finer points of shared resource locking,
unless you want your application server crashing on a regular basis.
Something doesn't quite jibe there.
