What do you mean by "works under ColdFusion?"  CVS is just source
control.  I personally 'ant' (http://ant.apache.org) for automated CVS
tasks.  You have to install it, but it's pretty simple.  Just
unarchive and add the bin directory to your path, then you can call
the executable with CFEXECUTE.
