How do you get to the two different sites when viewing on your local network? Is IIS using Host Headers or different IP addresses to determine which site to send the user to? If it's using the IP address, and chances are your firewall's WAN port has one IP address, that wouldn't work (at least not how we have ours configured that way). You'd need to use the host headers feature in IIS to direct the person to the correct site.
