Ok, aparenntly everyone is having a bad day and doesn't want to give me
a simple answer. My users are not developers, geeks, or any other breed
of user who know how to set up these things. It is all most of them can
do to figure out the power button.

Assume that
1) I can't be bothered configuring all the clients individually to open
"_blank"'s as a new tab, expecially as most of the time "_blank" needs
to open a new window.
2) Even with step by step instructions my users couldn't configure a
piss up in a brewery.

Question
Is there any way, by target, JS, or any other means, of opening a link
in a new tab in firefox.
