I've posted this in a few places already with no response (probably not the best time of year) but I am having a small problem with CFEclipse (might be eclipse proper but I haven't had a chance to check)
Basically, whenever I have a "�" in a file, and save it, the "�" gets saved as a "?". Does anyone know how to fix this?
